By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Websites for Electricians.
“You”, “Client”, “Customer” refers to the individual or business using our website or services.
“Service” refers to our website design, hosting, maintenance, and related products.
“Website Build” refers to the creation, setup, and design of your website.
Websites for Electricians provides:
Website design and setup for a £250 refundable setup fee
30 days of free hosting during the setup/approval stage
Ongoing hosting, updates, security, and maintenance for £48 per month after the first 30 days
Optional design revisions and support
We specialise in building websites for electricians and small trades across the UK.
Covers building your website using the content, images, and details you provide
Fully refundable within 30 days of your website going live
If you request a refund, your website will be taken offline and no files will be transferred
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
After your website has been live for 30 days:
You will be charged £48 per month for hosting, updates, security, and maintenance
This fee is non-refundable once paid
You may cancel anytime — no contracts, no penalties
If you cancel, your website will be taken offline
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Supply any photos, text, or branding you want added
Only provide content that you own or have permission to use
Review and approve your website in a timely manner
You are responsible for ensuring your business content complies with UK laws.
All photos, text, images, and branding you supply remain your property.
The design, structure, and layout of your website belong to Websites for Electricians.
You are licensing the design through your monthly hosting fee.
If you cancel your plan:
Your website will be taken offline
The design/template is not transferable
Any content you provided (text & images) can be returned on request
You may:
Use your own domain, or
Request a new domain supplied by us
Domains supplied by us remain our property unless purchased outright.
Your free domain is included for the first 12 months
After 12 months, a renewal fee of £15 per year applies
The free domain offer becomes valid 60 days after your website goes live
The £250 setup fee must be fully paid
If you cancel your service before the 60-day period, a £20 administration fee will be charged.
This £20 fee covers our time spent registering and setting up the domain name.
Payments are taken online via Stripe or PayPal.
Monthly payments renew automatically unless cancelled
Missed or failed payments may result in temporary website suspension
Included in your monthly fee:
Text changes
Image updates
Service updates
Minor layout tweaks
Major redesigns or additional features may incur extra fees but will always be agreed in advance.
You must not use your website for:
Illegal activities
Misleading or fraudulent information
Hosting malware or harmful software
Copyright infringement
We reserve the right to suspend websites violating these rules.
We are not liable for:
Loss of business due to downtime
Errors caused by incorrect information provided by you
Third-party service failures
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for your last monthly service.
We work with:

PayPal
Mailchimp
Google Analytics
Google Workspace
Each provider has its own policies which you agree to by using our services.

Your website will be taken offline
Domains registered by us may be transferred for a fee (if eligible)
No further payments will be taken
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates take effect once published on this page.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
