At Websites for Electricians, we aim to deliver high-quality websites at an affordable price. This Refund Policy explains how our 30-day refundable setup fee and ongoing hosting charges work.

1. £95 Setup Fee – 30-Day Refund Guarantee

The £95 setup fee includes:

  • Adding your content, images, and logo

  • Customising your chosen website design

  • Preparing, building, and launching your website

  • 30 days of free hosting, updates, and support

We want you to be completely happy with your new website.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of the £95 setup fee within 30 days of your website going live.

All refunds are returned to your original payment method.

2. Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Fee (£48 per month)

After your website has been live for 30 days, we begin charging:

£48 per month

This covers:

  • Ongoing website hosting

  • Website updates and content changes

  • Security monitoring

  • Technical support

  • General website maintenance

Refunds for Monthly Payments

The £48 monthly fee is non-refundable, as it covers hosting, support, and maintenance already provided during that month.

3. Cancelling Your Plan

You may cancel your hosting and maintenance plan at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Your website will be taken offline

  • No further monthly fees will be charged

There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
